Day 1 India- Istanbul

On arriving the airport, after clearing your immigration and collecting your baggage, you will be taken to the hotel. Here, you can check-in and freshen up. Your complete day will be left free for you to go around and check the place up at your own leisure.
Your overnight stay will be in the comfort of the hotel.

Day 2 Istanbul

On the second day after having breakfast at the hotel you will be taken on a City tour. The tour will begin with ancient Hippodrome, a scene of chariot races. It has three monuments: the obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the column of Constantine. This was originally built in the 4th century and then rebuilt in 6th century a story to tell to its visitors. It is one of the architectural marvels in the world.
Your overnight stay will be in the comfort of the hotel.

Day 3 Istanbul- Cappadocia

On the third day, you will have your breakfast at the hotel and then visit Spice Bazaar. You could smell the deep fragrance of the spices wafting the air and reaching your nostrils. Cinnamon, Caraway, Saffron, Mint and such other spices and herbs attract the tourists in great numbers. Bosphorus ny Boat is a traditional excursion along the waterway separating Europe and Asia via boat. After enjoying the boat ride you will be taken to the Ataturk Airport for our domestic flight to Cappadocia. As soon as you arrive you will be taken to the hotel after that whole day is yours to explore the city by yourself at your own leisure.

Day 4 Cappadocia

On the fourth day, after the breakfast at the hotel you will be taken on a tour of the city which will include Gerome Open Air Museum, Dervent Valley, Pasabag valley. After having a hearty lunch you will be taken on a shopping tour you will get to witness the diverse culture and art. Various arts like carpet weaving, leather manufacturing and jewellery designing and all can be seen firsthand here. Rest of the day is free for you to explore the city by yourself.

Day 5 Cappadocia – Istanbul

On the fifth day you will have breakfast at the hotel then you will be taken to Kaymakli Underground City, one of the most interesting sites in Cappadocia. A mini city with great history and secrets has a lot to tell to its guests. From there you will be taken to the airport to leave for Istanbul.
Your overnight stay will be at the hotel in Istanbul.

Day 6 Istanbul – India

After a great stay in great cities, it could be hard to say goodbye to the place but the memories remind us that there are other such places to unravel. With these thoughts on your mind on the sixth day you fly back home.

REMARKS

  • This is purely an individual itinerary designed especially for given number of passengers any increase or decrease in total number of passengers will lead to recosting.
  • The Cost of the airline ticket is quoted on specific class of the specified airlines, in case we are not able to procure the seat at similar class we will try for higher class the difference of the same will be intimated to you post booking.
  • The standard check-in time of the hotels are 1400 Hours and check-out time is 1200 Hours.
  • This is proposed service costing. We are not holding any confirmed airline and hotel reservations for your travel. The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. It’s possible at the time of confirmation the prices may vary.
  • Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings.
  • Airport taxes calculated @ dated 20 Sep 2015 per person. Any increase or decrease would be charged as per actual.
  • Any increase in the exchange rate of USD/SGD/AUD/NZD (presently calculated at (1 EUR @ INR 70 ) shall be borne by the traveler. The exchange rate of HDFC bank card rate will be applicable on the day of final payment. The foreign exchange component will be payable in INR only.
  • Service tax 3.625% will be chargeable against the total cost of booking.
  • Above cost is based on minimum 02 passengers traveling together
  • Room type (Double or Twin) is subject to availability and sole discretion of the hotel. Interconnecting rooms may be requested but are at a sole desecration of the hotel
  • No changes will be done after handing over all the travel documents related to the package confirmed.
  • We are not responsible for any visa rejection.
  • Any unutilized service will not be refunded.
  • Prices are valid for stated travel period and are of defined validity, any change in the dates will lead to re-costing.
  • Full payment for the tour should be made as soon as we give final confirmation of the tour.
  • Final hand over (hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Passports Etc) will be delivered only upon receiving full and final payment & duly filled & signed BTQ form by the passenger traveling.
  • Mode of payment can be any:- Credit Card, Cash, Cheque, bank deposit, online transfer, If travel date is within 07 days of final confirmation, payments will be accepted in Cash, or Credit Card only. Extra charges may apply on paying by Credit Card , Debit Card or Net Banking. Transaction charges are Debit Cards 1.41%, Credit Cards 2.53% or through Net Banking is 2.25%.
  • Total amount of the tour has to be paid before departure; in case of nonpayment MakeYouTravel reserve the right to cancel the tour services.
  • All disputes pertaining to the tour & travel conducted by the company & any claim arising there – under shall be subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If due to unavoidable circumstances you are required to cancel your holiday, the cancellation should be intimated to us in writing.
  • There will be 100% cancellation if booked cruise gets cancel.
  • As per the Booking conditions of the holiday, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges.

CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON

  • 30 days or more prior to the departure: Booking Deposit + Actual (Visa Fees, Air ticket / hotels/ Cruise cancellation charges)
